Are there any exchange rates?
All orders are processed in USD.
If you’re using another currency, your bank will apply the current exchange rate at the time of payment.


What payment methods do you accept?

We do not accept checks, bank transfers, or cash on delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

How do I enter my shipping address?
Please use English characters only to avoid delivery issues.
Example: replace special characters like “ç” → “c”.


Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Unfortunately, no. Once processed or shipped, the address cannot be changed.
We recommend using a home address for reliable delivery.


When will my order arrive?

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping time: depends on your selected method

You’ll receive a tracking email within 24 hours after dispatch.


How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking updates usually appear within 24 hours.

How do I return a product?

Items must be unused and in original packaging.


How long does the return process take?
Returns are processed within 14 business days after we receive your item.


When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method after processing.
If delayed, please check with your bank or card provider.
